Our annual presentations of the Rookie of the Year, Mover and Shaker, and Ongoing Stamina Awards will take place at the Holiday Brunch. Nominations are due by December 1, 2025.

The Rookie of the Year Award is given to a member who has been in the branch for three years or less.  She is honored for her outstanding involvement in branch activities – usually contributing in several areas.

The Mover & Shaker Award honors a member who works tirelessly on branch initiatives and is a leader in the branch. It honors a person who gives of her time selflessly to further the work of the branch in our community and to help it grow through her leadership, special projects, and involvement in all aspects of the branch.

The Ongoing Stamina Award member must have served AAUW for ten or more years. And, like the Energizer Bunny they just keeping Going and Going and Going. Criteria for selection can include: Personal integrity, leadership and initiative, sustained dedication to the Mission of AAUW and personal growth opportunities within the membership.
